Photographic Update

So I've decided that since this is a new blog, I'm going to upload some of my favorite older photos, but from then on, it's going to be new photos. Living in the present and all that...you know. I've also decided that sometimes, this blog is going to contain fun quotes or songs I'm loving in addition to photography...I think it'll add some spice.

So here are some of my favorite photographs from the last few months.

We'll start back in February, with Mission Honduras
This is Kelvin, and his mother Priscilla. Her family is so beautiful.

These are some of the other kids in the mother's project. From left to right: Isac, Cece, and Kelvin (Cece & Kelvin are siblings).

This is Lisi, one of the other girls from the mother's project. She's beautiful, isn't she?

There are about a million more amazing pictures from Honduras, but these are probably my absolute favorites.

Moving on...
March
These are from the Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington, DC.
Apparently, cherry trees can be dangerous!

(I'm in love with this picture.)

Daffodils make me happy. :)

On to April...

This is one of my best friends, LJ. We were "doing homework" outside the Basilica in Mary's Garden on Palm Sunday...we were all dressed up from mass, and homework soon turned into a photoshoot. These are some of my favorites from that day.

Here's LJ again on the same day, with our friend Deirdre. They both have the most beautiful eyes. See?

These last pictures are from two weeks ago - I was at home for my sister's confirmation. Mommy and I went to the Meriden Daffodil Festival (which I had no idea even existed!). It was glorious!

Like I said, daffodils make me happy.

These are flowers that we found on a tree there - they look a bit like cherry blossoms, but more pink. I love them!

So now you're updated on my most recent photographic endeavors. Yay!

"One good thing about music, when it hits you you feel no pain."
-Bob Marley

I'll leave you with that.
Peace and love. :)
